Magnetic Resonance (MRI)
DeKalb Health Imaging Center provides Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), which uses a magnetic field and pulses of radio wave energy to view organs and structures inside the body. MRIs often provide a different perspective and higher level of detail that can be delivered from an X-ray, ultrasound or computed tomography (CT) scan.
DeKalb Health’s MRI services are accredited by the American College of Radiology – one of only 500 MRI facilities nationwide and 14 in the state of Indiana to earn the prestigious three-year certification.
The Imaging Center is located on the 2nd floor of the hospital outpatient building. Patients should park in Purple Lot A, Enter Door 5.
